SFMP will be closed from Tuesday 24th December 2024 until Thursday 26th December 2024.

SFMP will be open:
– Monday 23rd December 2024: 8.00AM-6.00PM
– Friday 27^th December 2024 – Open 8.00PM-4.00PM
– Monday 30^th December 2024- Open 8.00AM-4.00PM
– Tuesday 31^st December 2024-Open 8.00AM- 4.00PM

The surgery will then close Wednesday 1^st January 2025 until Sunday 12^th January 2025 (inclusive)

The surgery will then reopen on 13^th January 2025 as normal.
